Open Access Declaration of VARIANSI Journal

1. Open Access Commitment

VARIANSI Journal is a fully open-access journal. All published articles may be freely accessed, read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, searched, or linked in full by anyone worldwide, without subscription fees, paid registration, or any special permission from the publisher.

2. Policy Basis

VARIANSI's open access policy is grounded in the following frameworks:

  • Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI, 2002): defines open access as the free availability on the public internet of peer-reviewed scholarly literature.
  • Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education No. 9 of 2018: encourages the electronic publication of scholarly journals with open access.
  • DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) Standards: the international standard for quality open-access journals.

3. Types of Open Access Adopted

VARIANSI articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), which permits non-commercial use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited. License details are available in the Copyright Notice.

5. Benefits of Open Access to the Scholarly Community
