Publishing Rights and Licensing Policy

1. Author Copyright Retention

Authors whose manuscripts are published in VARIANSI Journal retain full copyright over their scholarly work. VARIANSI does not transfer copyright from authors to the publisher.

By publishing an article in VARIANSI, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and archive the article in all current and future formats and media, including electronic and print media.

2. Publishing License (Creative Commons)

All articles published in VARIANSI Journal are licensed under:

Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0)

License Element	Meaning
BY (Attribution)	Users must credit the original author(s), article title, journal name, and link to the article. Attribution is required whenever the article is used or redistributed.
NC (NonCommercial)	Users may not use the article for commercial purposes without written permission from the author. Use for research, education, and non-profit purposes is permitted.
SA (ShareAlike)	If a user modifies or creates a derivative work from the article, the derivative must be licensed under the same terms (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

3. Rights Retained by Authors

Authors retain the following rights without requiring permission from the VARIANSI Editorial Board:

• The right to distribute preprint versions of the manuscript prior to publication, for example via arXiv, ResearchGate, Academia.edu, or institutional repositories.
• The right to share the published version of record freely, including on personal websites, institutional repositories, and academic social media, provided a full citation and DOI link to the article are included.
• The right to use the article in full within academic assignments, theses, textbooks, and other scholarly works authored by the same authors, with source attribution.
• The right to present the content of the article at conferences or scientific seminars.

This is an open-access article distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), which permits non-commercial use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

5. Author Declaration at Submission

By submitting a manuscript to VARIANSI Journal, authors declare that:

• The author(s) are the lawful copyright holders of the submitted work.
• The author(s) agree to publish the work in VARIANSI under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.
• The author(s) grant VARIANSI permission to distribute and archive the article in any format for academic and non-commercial purposes.
